Patricia H. Partnow, Ph.D.
An anthropologist and educator with
more than 40 years of experience designing and implementing
cultural and educational programs and projects throughout
Alaska.
Seth L. Partnow, J.D.
An attorney with a degree in Economics,
a lifelong Alaskan specializing in program evaluation, statistical
analysis, strategic visioning, and writing.

Scott, M.A.
A lifelong resident of Alaska, January
brings a rural perspective from her childhood home of Kake,
along with degrees in psychology and teaching. She has been
involved with rural youth since completing her undergraduate
and graduate degrees.
Timothy Murphrey,
M. Ed.
Tim taught high school in the Interior
before moving to the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where
he works as a Program Manager with the College of Rural and
Community Development. His specialties are curriculum and
the transition from village life to the university. He helps
with evaluation and program management projects.
Nathanael O'Connor,
B.A.
Nates interests lie in linguistics
and language learning and youth programming. He has worked
with Alaskas rural youth for the past decade as they
prepare to enter and succeed in high education.
Shirley Mae Springer
Staten, M.A.
A 30-year resident of Alaska and expert
at planning and holding conferences and workshops for diverse
cultures, particularly those whose goal is to help participants
explore their cultural heritages.
Sperry
Ash, M.A.
A teacher from the village of Nanwalek,
speaker of Sugt'stun, and founding member of the Nanwalek
Sugpiaq Dancers with a passion for passing his cultural heritage
on to his children and students and a statewide network of
colleagues who specialize in rural education.
