Who I Am
I am originally from New Orleans, but have
lived in Fairbanks for 23 years. At UAF, I have earned a BA
in English, minoring in Alaska Native Studies, and a M.Ed.
in Curriculum and Instruction. Currently, I am a Ph.D. student
in the Indigenous Studies program. I have 13 years experience
teaching both high school and as an adjunct professor of composition
for the Rural Alaska Honors Institute.
