Who I Am
As the "numbers guy" for Partnow Consulting, I manage project
evaluation, grant writing, new media development and online communication
and community building. This work enables me to combine my professional
skills and educational background with a natural aptitude for interpreting
data.
Born and raised in Alaska, I have a passion for
the advancement and promotion of my home state through educational
and cultural programs. In addition to my work with Partnow Consulting,
I have provided administrative support for the nonprofit group Healing
Racism in Anchorage, an organization devoted to increasing multicultural
communication and understanding in Anchorage. I've also been involved
in the community as a youth sports coach. I also author several sports
blogs that have been picked up by nationally syndicated websites.
I am an honors graduate of the University of Minnesota
Law School with a bachelor's degree in economics from Carleton College
in Northfield, Minnesota, and I am admitted to practice law in Minnesota
and Alaska. My areas of expertise include legal and technical writing,
legislation and regulations, and statistical analysis.
